MEET THE TEAM

Twofold Building Projects is a luxury, custom home building company. Since its foundation, Twofold has expanded into a team of carpenters and developed a strong network of associated trades. The diverse range of skills and depth of training brings quality and finesse to all our projects. As bespoke home builders, we provide a personalised service that is tailored to each project. Twofold is local to the Sutherland Shire, servicing the wider Sydney and Illawarra regions.

Tim Dwyer

Tim is a qualified, licensed builder with 20 years in the trade and registered with the Master Builders Association. Tim comes from a building lineage, with several of his relatives being highly skilled members of the construction industry. As such, from an early age, Tim has trained with some of the most experienced builders and has a strong, long-standing network among the local building community. Over ten years ago, Tim began his own building company, TD Building, which grew and evolved to become Twofold Building Projects when previous partner Dave joined the company. As the now sole owner of Twofold,  Tim oversees all of our client and project management, ensuring the highest quality is delivered.

Tony Samaan

Tony has a Bachelor of Construction Management and has demonstrated success assessing project scope and adhering to deadlines. He is well-versed in team leadership and task delegation to drive project progress and foster client satisfaction. Tony is involved in our quoting and estimating services, project scheduling, organising subcontractors and orders with suppliers.

Alex Miller

Alex joins Twofold from local renowned home designer the GÜD Studio, where she utilised her architectural CAD skills to draft building designs and layouts. With qualifications in interior design and a background in property styling, Alex has a comprehensive understanding of building planning and a keen eye for finessing aesthetic details throughout the home. Alex creates our elevation plans and construction documentation as well as coordinating the external consultants and council requirements. She is also part of our interior design team in our Bangalow home selections studio. Alex’s knowledge of building materials and ability to work effectively within a budget can assists clients in making choices for their homes through consultation, collaboration or full product specification

Naomi Green

Naomi is a highly experienced office administrator and marketing professional. Naomi holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business and has recently completed an MBA. She has worked for a number of leading companies and not-for-profit organisations, honing her effective organisational and communication skills. Naomi manages our office and customer service operations. She is creative, driven and has an interest in property development and photography.

Kurt Anthony

Kurt is a qualified builder (Certificate IV Building and Construction) and an exceptional carpenter. He has worked his way up with us from an apprentice to a Site Foreman, trained and mentored by our Operations and Project Managers. Having worked along side many of our contractors for years, he has formed strong relationships, which enhances his ability to effectively manage and coordinate the different teams.

Kyle Brereton

Kyle has extensive experience as a site foreman and is a qualified, licensed builder. Kyle specialises in coordinating and constructing high-end, architecturally designed homes. For many years he has managed premium new builds and luxury renovation projects in Sydney’s East and Inner-West. Accustomed to liaising with designers, contractors and clients, Kyle is able to deliver complex projects with precision, care and confidence.
